Caroline leads MaineHealth’s Child and Family Health team, which supports programs for children and families across the state. This includes evidence-based programming to improve the provision of oral health, childhood immunizations, and childhood lead screening in clinical settings. She also provides strategic direction and oversight for projects that seek to improve rural maternity care and increase access to integrated substance-use treatment and perinatal care. Prior to joining MaineHealth, she spent seven years working with Maine’s Federally Qualified Health Centers at the Maine Primary Care Association.
Caroline received her undergraduate degree from Bowdoin College and Master’s in Public Policy from the Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University. She currently serves on the Maine Health Access Foundation’s Program and Grants Committee.
